When Tyler was first born and all cleaned up (well wiped off at least) the nurse asked who wanted to hold him first. I said "uh, me!" without even asking Daddy about it. BUT I did just push him out, so Daddy had to wait until after Mommy held Tyler for an hour before he could cuddle with his new son.
