Cousins canoe trip

This was one of the finest trips, and I can honestly say I have not laughed so hard in a long time! This VERY LONG trip down the river, like 7 hours long, was full of canoe tipping (accidental and on purpose), jumping off rocks, one near drowning, some laughing so hard we almost peed (well most of us almost peed...) and so much more. I can't wait until the next time!

One of my new favorite things that Ty does is he claps when he hears people on tv clapping or saying yay! It is so cool to see him interact with the world around him :)

The gluten, oat, egg, milk, soy, and peanut free life has been hard to adjust to. One of the things I want is pizza so I found gluten free crust and not dairy cheese! It would have been better if there was less "cheese", but it is pizza none the less...

Souvenirs

Gramma Doll sent Ty some souvenirs from her trip around the world. He is already trying to figure out how to put the puzzle to good use!

Driver Ty

Shopping is so much more fun when Ty is sitting in the drivers seat. Now if only this excitement would last more than 4 minutes before he demands to be taken out!

100,000 miles on my knees...

It is so cool to see him move all over the house and actually start to play with toys.

I like to move it, move it!

He is starting to really master pushing this toy around! He also gets really mad when he bumps into a wall and yells until you turn him around.

Day at the pool

Today we met up with the Coppy's to play at the pool. This was Ty's first time playing in the pool, and at first he was not sure what to think. He spent most of the time holding onto a toy and watching the other kids play :)

ALLERGIC TO EVERYTHING

Today I received Tyler's results from his allergy test and....HE IS ALLERGIC TO EVERYTHING! That's right, everything! Wheat, soy, oats, egg, milk, and peanuts. I am a little overwhelmed by the amount of things he can't eat, and the fact that we now always need to carry an epipen...

New Slide

Ty has been working up the courage to go up the slide on his own, and he finally did it! Mommy is not ready to keep up with this climbing child of mine!!

Fire Truck

Ty figured out that you can take out the ladders on his new fire truck from Uncle Kevin!

1 YEAR OLD!

Well he is one years old! I do not know where the time has gone, but my little boy is a toddler now! He throws food on the floor from his high chair, and sometimes the entire plate! He prefers to feed himself with his hands of course. His little temper is starting to shine and he bangs his head when he gets mad.. He loves cake, but unfortunately he can no longer eat it because the doctor said no more milk until we get the results back from his allergy tests.  He can now stand up by himself. He has started playing with toys, trucks, and throwing balls. He gets very excited when he sees ballon or balls in the store and starts yelling ba or boo. Boo also represents books, which he loves to read with Mommy or Daddy. He has started waving bye bye.

He weighs 16.8 pounds and is 28 1/2 inches tall.

Party time!

For Ty's 1st birthday I wanted to make his cakes and I LOVE how they turned out! I had a feeling he would really like the cake but I was not expecting him to stay interested in it for 30 minutes! It was so long other kids were coming up and asking when they were going to be able to have cake too!

Just the right size

Daddy is foaming at the mouth for the chance to get Ty his own ATV, but this will have to work for now!

Moving day take 2

We have made it back to NC to get the rest of our stuff out of the house but Uhaul has informed us we can't pick up our truck until 4?!?! I can't believe we are filling up a 14' Uhaul truck, and it is PACKED. We stopped to fill up our tanks and everyone was squating down next to me car and Chris was already inside so I was getting kind of nervous bacause I had no idea what was going on. I finally got out of my car to see what was going on and there was this HUGE butterfly on the ground! I have never seen a butterfly this big before!
